Your Data Never Leaves Your Device
Charge Ready: Backup Power was designed from the ground up to work entirely offline. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means for your privacy — and the short answer is that we don't collect anything about you at all.
01 Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information, device identifiers, location data, or usage analytics. The app has no account system, no sign-up process, and no hidden data channels. Every figure you enter — appliance wattage, hours of use, battery preferences — stays on your device and nowhere else.
02 How We Use Information
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or monetized. There is no advertising engine reading your inputs and no behavioral tracking shaping what you see. The calculations you run exist solely to help you plan your own backup power system.
03 Data Storage
All calculations, saved appliance lists, and sizing results are stored locally within the app's storage on your device. There is no cloud sync, no remote server, and no backup copy sitting on our infrastructure — because we don't operate one for your data.
04 Third-Party Services
Charge Ready does not integrate third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. The app was built to function fully offline, so it does not phone home to any external service during normal use.
05 Data Security
Since your information never travels off your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your device's own operating system safeguards handle the security of any locally saved figures, just as they do for your other apps.
06 Children's Privacy
Charge Ready does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age. Because no personal data is gathered from any user, the app does not present privacy risks specific to children and is compliant with the spirit of COPPA and similar regulations.
07 Your Control
You are always in full control. There are no accounts to manage, no data-export requests to file, and no servers to ask us to purge. Uninstalling the app permanently removes every saved appliance list and calculation, because that information only ever existed on your device.
08 Changes to This Policy
If our approach to privacy ever changes — for example, if a future update introduces an optional online feature — we will revise this policy and update the effective date above so you can review what changed before continuing to use the app.
